Huaishi makes custom self-adhesive labels in its own plant, in Guanhun Industrial Park, Pizhou, Xuzhou. From roll stock coming in to finished label rolls going out, printing, die cutting, inspection, slitting and packing, and warehousing all happen in house. No step waits on a subcontractor.
1. What we make
Food and beverage labels, pharmaceutical and daily chemical labels, logistics barcode labels, industrial identification labels, anti-counterfeiting and traceability labels, plus custom work on special materials. Coated paper, synthetic paper, PET, matte silver and laser stock are kept on hand, so rush orders do not wait for material.
2. How a job runs
- Printing: roll stock goes straight on the press and all colors run in one pass, without leaving the machine in between. Rotary presses suit medium and long runs. Color is fixed by the signed first article, then checked roll by roll.
- Die cutting: a PS rotary cutter, a high speed die cutter and a digital cutter, chosen by run length, shape and whether a die is worth making. Small runs start on the digital cutter, which needs no die; the die comes later once the layout is settled.
- Inspection: finished rolls pass an automatic inspection machine before packing. Dirt, missing print, die misalignment and incomplete waste removal are flagged, then checked and cut out by hand.
- Slitting and packing: rolls are slit to your core size, unwind direction and length per roll. Splices are counted and marked, and quantity and content are checked again before packing.
- Warehousing and shipping: finished goods are stored by order, with cartons and pallets kept off the floor. Local and nearby orders ship the same day; other provinces follow the carrier schedule.

3. Proofing and small runs
Most buyers see a sample before committing to a volume. Tell us the size, material, labeling environment and rough quantity, and we review the process before quoting. If it needs a trial, we can send a roll for you to run on your own applicator before the layout is fixed.
4. Beyond the label
Ribbons and printers are supplied alongside. Ribbons are matched to face stock and print speed, in wax, wax-resin and full resin. Printers currently on sale are Zebra and Honeywell, selected by print volume and resolution, and we also handle applicator matching and on-site setup.
