We do not put slogans on the wall. How the workshop works is how we work. What follows is what actually happens every day.
1. Our own plant, our own work
Printing, die cutting, inspection, slitting and warehousing all run in house. Nothing is sent out. Buyers often ask whether we make the labels ourselves or pass the order on. The answer is on the Manufacturing and Quality page, and you are welcome to see the equipment in person.
2. No first article sign-off, no run
After a plate change we pull a first article and check registration, color shift and dirt before running the batch. Change the layout mid-job and we pull a new first article first. Color follows the signed sample and is checked roll by roll, not only at final inspection.
3. Clear answers before the quote
Material, adhesive and finishing are spelled out up front. We do not quote low and revise later. Whether a die is needed affects the first proofing cost and lead time, so we say so: long runs earn a die, short runs start on the digital cutter.
4. Small orders welcome
Proofing, small runs and rush jobs are all taken. The digital cutter needs no die, so odd shapes, short runs and last minute size changes come off there first. The die fee stays unspent and changes stay cheap.
5. Every shipment carries its record
Each batch is inspected before it leaves, and the inspection record goes with the goods. If something is wrong, it can be traced back by batch, instead of turning up on your labeling line.
6. Office and workshop in one building
Proofing, quoting, order follow-up and the machines sit under the same roof, so nothing is relayed back and forth. See the equipment, look at samples, or ask for a trial roll for your applicator. Any of it can be arranged.
