Custom Solution
RFID Label Solution: From Inlay Choice to Encoding
An RFID label is scoped in order. Inlay and antenna, then chip memory, then read range in the real environment, then encoding at application.
1. Overview of the plan
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology, as the core sensing technology of the Internet of Things, has been widely applied in various fields such as logistics and warehousing, smart manufacturing, retail traceability, asset management, and healthcare, leveraging its advantages of non-contact identification, simultaneous reading of multiple tags, and strong environmental adaptability. This RFID tag customization solution focuses on the personalized needs of customers in different industries. Through professional demand analysis, product design, material selection, performance testing, and mass production processes, we provide customers with customized RFID tag products and supporting technical support that are highly adaptable, stable, and cost-effective. This helps customers achieve core goals such as intelligent asset management, production process optimization, and supply chain efficiency improvement.
2. Core customization advantages
Full-scenario adaptive designCustomized label sizes, shapes, packaging materials, and antenna designs can be tailored according to customer application scenarios, such as high-temperature environments, humid environments, metal surfaces, and confined spaces. For instance, metal workpiece management in smart manufacturing scenarios requires customized metal-resistant RFID labels; for cold chain logistics scenarios, customized low-temperature resistant, waterproof, and moisture-proof labels are needed; and for library management scenarios, customized ultra-thin, concealed labels are ideal.
Flexible selection across multiple frequency bandsSupporting customization for multiple frequency bands including low frequency (LF), high frequency (HF), ultra-high frequency (UHF), and microwave (MW), it meets the needs of different recognition distances, data transmission rates, and application scenarios. Low-frequency tags are suitable for short-range, low-rate, and high-security scenarios (such as access control and animal traceability); high-frequency tags are suitable for medium-range, high-data-volume scenarios (such as library management and jewelry inventory); ultra-high-frequency tags are suitable for long-range, multi-tag simultaneous reading scenarios (such as logistics warehousing and highway toll collection).
Personalized information customizationInitial data (such as asset number, product information, traceability code, etc.) can be written into the label according to customer needs, supporting customization such as UID unique coding and encrypted coding. Additionally, label surface printing services are available, including corporate LOGO, QR code, text description, etc., to enhance brand recognition.
Strict quality controlEstablish a comprehensive quality inspection system covering the entire process from raw material procurement to finished product delivery. All raw materials are sourced from industry-leading high-quality chips (such as NXP, Impinj, Fudan Microelectronics, etc.) and packaging materials. They undergo multiple performance tests including high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, wear resistance, waterproof and moisture resistance, and anti-interference, ensuring stable operation of the tags in complex environments. The product pass rate is as high as 99.8% or above.
Perfect service systemWe provide a one-stop service covering "demand communication - scheme design - sample production - mass production - logistics and distribution - technical support". Our professional technical team responds to customer needs 24/7, offering one-on-one solutions for issues such as label selection, read-write device compatibility, and system integration, ensuring the smooth implementation of projects.

other industries
Including animal traceability (customized implantable/ear tag labels), library and archive management (customized ultra-thin labels), highway toll collection (customized passive/active labels), etc.
4. Customization process
Requirements communication stageWhen customers raise customization requirements (including application scenarios, recognition distance, working environment, label size/shape, frequency band selection, quantity, printing requirements, delivery cycle, etc.), our professional team will conduct requirement docking, deeply understand the core demands of customers, and provide preliminary feasibility analysis and suggestions.
Scheme design stageBased on customer requirements, the technical team conducts label structure design, antenna simulation, material selection, and performance parameter planning. They then develop a detailed customization plan, including design drawings, performance indicators, and quotation sheets, and submit it to the customer for confirmation.
Sample production stageAfter the customer confirms the plan, we will initiate sample production, strictly following the design scheme for chip packaging, antenna fitting, printing, and other processes. After completing the sample production, we will conduct performance tests (including identification distance, stability, environmental adaptability, etc.), and submit the samples and test reports to the customer for verification.
Mass production stageAfter the customer's sample verification is passed, both parties will sign a formal cooperation contract, and our side will initiate mass production. During the production process, we will strictly adhere to quality control standards and regularly provide feedback on the production progress to the customer.
Test delivery phaseAfter mass production is completed, all products undergo a comprehensive inspection, and product testing reports are issued. Packaging and logistics distribution are carried out according to customer requirements. Additionally, supporting materials such as product manuals and technical parameter documents are provided.
After-sales support stageAfter product delivery, we provide services such as technical training, guidance on reading and writing device adaptation, system docking support, and regular customer visits to promptly address any issues that arise during product use, ensuring normal customer usage.
